Living Well Event Center sits on 4.5 private acres in the Santa Cruz Mountains above Los Gatos, offering panoramic views of Monterey Bay and a redwood forest treeline that frames every photograph perfectly. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement for ten or a full celebration for up to 100 guests, there is simply no canvas like this anywhere else in the Bay Area.

Both Greg and Patty are ordained officiants and can conduct your ceremony: one less vendor to coordinate, and people who already know your story.

Exclusive Venue Access

The entire 4.5-acre property is yours for your whole block: redwood deck, orchard, fire pit, waterfall trail, and ceremony space.

Tables & Chairs

White padded chairs and round/rectangular tables are available. Setup and takedown handled by us. Clients provide linens or specialty table decor through their caterer or rental vendor.

Our beautiful arch is yours to decorate as you envision: florals, fabric, greenery, or all three. Yours to personalize.

Event liability insurance is included with your rental at no extra charge. Most venues charge extra. At Living Well, you’re already covered.

Bring your four-legged family members. Ample on-site parking for all guests, and shuttles are welcome to drop off and collect.

Officiant Services Available

Both Greg and Patty are ordained officiants, available to conduct heartfelt, personalized ceremonies for $300.

Water runs 150 feet down through the property, spilling over a waterfall into the enchanting fruit orchard and garden, a storybook ceremony backdrop.

Pricing

Priced by How Late Your Day Runs

Not by how many guests you bring, and not by what you are celebrating. Every block begins at 9:00 AM and covers any guest count up to 100. You choose when your day ends.

Any date from November through March receives the Sunday to Thursday rate, any day of the week. Every block opens at 9:00 AM, so there is room for setup, an early ceremony, or a morning session without paying for the evening. You are never required to use the full block. Outdoor amplified music stops at 10:00 PM under the Santa Cruz County noise ordinance, which only affects a Full Day booking, since every other block finishes at 9:00 PM or earlier.
