Rates on this page are current as of today. Package pricing for your date locks when you sign the agreement and pay the deposit.
Any date from November through March receives the Monday through Thursday rate, any day of the week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Outside November through March, Friday through Sunday use the Fri–Sun peak column. Every block opens at 9:00 AM, so there is room for setup, an early ceremony, or a morning session without paying for the evening. You are never required to use the full block. Outdoor amplified music stops at 10:00 PM under the Santa Cruz County noise ordinance, which only affects a Full Day booking, since every other block finishes at 9:00 PM or earlier.

There is no service charge, no administrative fee, no food and beverage minimum, no preferred-vendor markup, no per-guest fee, and no different price depending on what you are celebrating. The published rate tables are the complete cost of an event here.
Exclusive use of the entire private estate for up to 100 guests, the 2,000 sq ft lighted redwood deck and separate ceremony space, about 1,800 sq ft of indoor space and a full kitchen, the 150-foot water garden and waterfall, fruit orchard, garden, and fire pit, event liability insurance, free on-site parking, Greg and Patty on site throughout, and planning visits.
Dining sets are $50 for a table and eight chairs. A 6-foot sweetheart table and two chairs are included at no charge. Individual ceremony chairs are $3 each. Additional tables are $10. Buffet tables (8 ft x 30 in) are $14 each, with black linen included (you may bring a different linen). Officiant services with Greg or Patty are $300. Additional hours are $500, and nothing runs past 11:00 PM. Guest-table linens are not provided on site.
