Living Well Event Center offers 4.5 private acres in the Santa Cruz Mountains, just 30 minutes from San Jose and the heart of Silicon Valley. The 2,000 sq ft redwood deck accommodates up to 100 attendees for workshops, strategy sessions, all-hands meetings, and team-building days. The fruit orchard, waterfall trail, and fire pit create natural spaces for breakouts, walks, and informal connection.

Bring your own catering, A/V, and facilitators, or let us recommend trusted partners who know the space well. Either way, you arrive to a property that’s entirely yours for the day.

Pricing

Priced by How Late Your Day Runs

Not by how many guests you bring, and not by what you are celebrating. Every block begins at 9:00 AM and covers any guest count up to 100. You choose when your day ends.

Any date from November through March receives the Sunday to Thursday rate, any day of the week. Every block opens at 9:00 AM, so there is room for setup, an early ceremony, or a morning session without paying for the evening. You are never required to use the full block. Outdoor amplified music stops at 10:00 PM under the Santa Cruz County noise ordinance, which only affects a Full Day booking, since every other block finishes at 9:00 PM or earlier.
