Living Well Event Center offers 4.5 private acres in the Santa Cruz Mountains, just 30 minutes from San Jose and the heart of Silicon Valley. The 2,000 sq ft redwood deck accommodates up to 80 attendees for workshops, strategy sessions, all-hands meetings, and team-building days. The fruit orchard, waterfall trail, and fire pit create natural spaces for breakouts, walks, and informal connection. Breakout groups work outdoors and indoors: private indoor space for several groups keeps a winter agenda intact when the weather turns.

Bring your own catering, A/V, and facilitators, or let us recommend trusted partners who know the space well. Either way, you arrive to a property that’s entirely yours for the day.

The entire 4.5-acre property is yours for your whole block. No other events, no shared spaces, complete privacy for your team.

Effectively as many simultaneous breakout groups as you want across 4.5 acres of exclusive use: the deck, forest paths, seating areas, and orchard. Private indoor space for several groups means a rainy day does not collapse the agenda into one room.

Whiteboards and flip charts are available on site. Worth confirming when you book, so a session that needs a writing surface does not fall apart without one.

Pricing

Priced by How Late Your Day Runs

Not by how many guests you bring, and not by what you are celebrating. Every block begins at 9:00 AM and covers any guest count up to 80. You choose when your day ends.

Take $1,000 off for a Monday through Thursday date. Friday through Sunday use the Fri–Sun peak column. Every block opens at 9:00 AM, so there is room for setup, an early ceremony, or a morning session without paying for the evening. You are never required to use the full block. Out of respect for our neighbors and the Santa Cruz County noise ordinance, the party and all music, indoor and outdoor, end by 9:00 PM. Vendors can finish cleanup a little after.
